1. Legal and Ethical Compliance
Personnel must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and must not engage in unlawful or unethical activity such as harassment, trespass, unlawful access to systems or fabrication of evidence.
2. Integrity and Honesty
Personnel must act with integrity, be honest in reporting and documentation, and must not misrepresent their role, capabilities or findings.
3. Confidentiality
Client information, case details and operational methods must be treated as confidential and only shared on a need-to-know basis within Aegis Prime or with authorised third parties.
4. Professional Conduct
Personnel should behave respectfully towards clients, colleagues, subjects, law enforcement and third parties, and avoid conduct that could bring Aegis Prime into disrepute.
5. Record Keeping
Logs, reports and evidence must be recorded accurately, contemporaneously where possible, and stored securely in line with policy.
6. Health, Safety and Welfare
Personnel must take reasonable care for their own safety and that of colleagues and members of the public, follow risk assessments and report incidents or near misses promptly.
7. Conflicts of Interest
Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed. Personnel should not work on cases where personal relationships or interests could compromise independence.
8. Use of Aegis Prime Assets
Equipment, data and branding must only be used for authorised purposes and handled with care. Unauthorised copying or personal use of client data is strictly prohibited
